"On-Demand Gaming Platform Revealed"

Toronto, Canada - January 14, 2010 - TransGaming's GameTree.tv Gaming Platform was formally revealed to the global consumer market at the world's largest Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this January. The GameTree.tv Platform is powered by the Intel® Media Processors to deliver a comprehensive on-demand gaming service optimized for the new Intel CE devices. The Platform offers consumers a rich catalogue of games, providing OEMs and service providers with a compelling turn-key revenue model for their new Intel powered connected devices, coming to homes in 2010.

As a core pillar of the GameTree.tv Platform, TransGaming has deployed its industry leading enablement technology for content developers around the world through a platform specific SDK. The GameTree.tv development kit (SDK) offers content creators the opportunity to take advantage of the rapid global growth of connected Intel CE devices in the home, and provide consumers with a compelling on-demand gaming experience. Developers can register and download the SDK at http://developer.gametree.tv, and a February, 2010 update to the development tools will provide both OpenGL ES and D3D API support, plus a debugging toolkit.
